BBC/Health Initiatives Radio Documentary

Colin Murray presents this documentary, which marks World AIDS Day.

In Britain, eighteen people are diagnosed with HIV every day and one in three of those are between 15 and 30 years old. To coincide with World AIDS Day, Colin looks at the lack of HIV awareness in the UK and hears the personal stories of young people living with HIV.

This joint venture with the BBC has become a 2005 Sony Gold Winner (The Feature Award) having reached 8.3 MILLION * adults weekly across the UK.

They said this:

"This programme is a master class on how to connect a young
audience to a painful subject (AIDS) and hard hitting evidence they may well
not wish to hear. This was achieved by meticulous research and skilful
scripting, interwoven with appropriately contemporary music. Powerful and
effective documentary radio."
